Can I send an encrypted message to a non-subscriber?

Yes. You can send messages to non- subscribers.

I can't log in using my username and password. What's wrong?

For security reasons, you will be locked out of your account if an incorrect username and/or password is entered three times.

I receive a Java error when I attempt to access the Login page. What's wrong?

EMX requires a Java-enabled internet browser (Recommended: Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher)

How many attachments can I include with an encrypted message?

You can send a maximum of five (5) attachments with an message.

What is the maximum size for attachments included with an encrypted message?

The maximum size of all attachments cannot exceed 10 MB.

I've reached the maximum size of my account and I can't receive any new messages. What can I do?

If you have reached the size limit of your account, you can free space by permanently deleting messages in the Deleted Items folder.

I've deleted a file from the Deleted Items folder. Can I recover it?

No. All files deleted from the Deleted Items folder are permanently deleted.
