PBE Enterprise Administration

PBE enterprise administration comprises four enterprise configuration and maintenance operations that an enterprise administrator can perform the via the web portal.

  1. Brand the Web Portal

    2. Change the appearance of the portal and all portal-related email notifications. The following items can be modified:

    • Portal title
    • Logos
    • Colors
  2. Manage Enterprise policies

    3. Change the portal configuration. Example policies include:

    • Password policies
    • Time zone
    • Notification language
    • Notification frequency
    • Failed password lockout period
  3. Manage Enterprise Administrators

    4. A standard PBE enterprise supports up to three Standard or Account Admin accounts.

  4. Run the Message Audit Report

    5. The Message Audit Report can locate any web portal messages within the thirty-day message expiration period. Once you have located a message, you can:

    • View all operations (notification, read, view,reply) performed on the message
    • Delete the message
    • Download the message in S/MIME format (encrypted)
